1. Contracting Entity & Scope

These terms and conditions govern your use of the website located at https://threegroupvic.com and the services provided by Three Group Vic, Lda, a software engineering entity incorporated under the laws of Portugal (hereinafter referred to as "Three Group Vic", "we", "us", or "our").

Three Group Vic operates as the parent engineering entity, studio, and legal umbrella behind specialized industry practices, including FlightSQN (tactical aviation software) and Vic Enterprise (operations platforms). Any custom software development agreements, Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), or Service Level Agreements (SLAs) entered into in writing with Three Group Vic shall take precedence over these general website terms.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in a bilateral agreement, Three Group Vic, Lda and/or its licensors retain all intellectual property rights, copyrights, trademarks, proprietary algorithms, and architectural schemas published on this website and in related materials.

You may access and evaluate our materials solely for informational evaluation of our engineering capabilities. You must not:

• Republish or scrape proprietary architectural blueprints from this website
• Sell, sublicense, or commercialize material from this website
• Reverse-engineer or copy design patterns for competitive commercialization
• Redistribute proprietary technical whitepapers without written consent

3. Defense, Aviation & Operational Compliance

Software architectures delivered under the FlightSQN mark are designed to adhere to sovereign defense standards, air-gapped runtimes, and NATO STANAG guidelines. Three Group Vic maintains strict export control compliance and operational neutrality. References to defense or aviation operators do not imply formal endorsement by sovereign ministries of defense unless explicitly stated under contract.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Three Group Vic, Lda, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this website. All production deployments are governed strictly by individual commercial or defense MSAs.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal and the European Union. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Portugal.
